Mar 16, 2008 I just had one of these at Big Bear in Coral Springs, Fl. I liked this beer. Nice dark red color with a decent cream colored head that lasts for a bit. Very malty and caramel flavors are obvious. Pretty well done. Not a world class beer, but very approachable.

Jan 20, 2008 on tap-pours a dissipating off white head and reddish-brown color with effervescence aroma is sweet medium malt-caramel, rock candy/sugar cane, floral. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel, rock candy/sugar cane, floral, dark fruit-plum/prune, secondary spice hops, some peppery. Mild/OK effervescence. A decently done American Belgian.
