Jun 14, 2008 Bright amber colour. Fruity, lightly toasty nose. Toasty palate with caramel accents. The two play off of each other, with the caramel winning out for a sweet finish.

Mar 12, 2008 Pours a deep monotonically copper with weak off white head. The aroma is on the light side emitting roasted malts, caramel, some biscuit and faint breadiness. There may also be the faintest hint of citrus hops too. The taste is kind of sweet malts and roasted malts mixed with caramel creating almost a sweet citrus flavor aided by mild citrus hop flavor and faint citrus hop bitterness, if there is any at all. It could just be faint malt astringency. Into the finish I get more mild caramel and sweet malts that fizzle out into the finish.
