Draught, brewpub. Pure golden color. Mostly clear with hue is deep and head is thick, leaving lacing. Earthy hops. Earthy grains too. Semolina, duram wheat, couscous nutty grain aromas. Quaffable, fairly high levels of carbonation and a little thick. Overall solid and clean and well-balanced.

Jun 14, 2008 Straw colour. Bright. Sort of mossy continental hop nose with a hint of grain. Dry, with some willamettey mossy hop. Clean pale malt underpinning. Well-structured but what a horrible hop.
