Commercial Description:
Our Kölsch is a refreshingly pale German style Ale. It is cold fermented and cold conditioned to achieve a beautiful balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance it's easy drinking nature. Please enjoy our interpretation of this beer of Zümmer! Editor's Note: Renamed Angry Angel Kolsch by the brewer.

deep gold pour with a small head. Aroma of vague grain, fruit, and sourdough. Tastes similar but sweeter, with some earthy hops as well. Finishes with bitter citrus. Pretty nice, but perhaps too much citrus in the finish.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of light citrus, a little grain. Flavor of some light malt, light citrus. Mouth feel is light body, watery, with high carbonation. Overall, would make a good summer beer!

From bottle. A light bit of beany hops aroma with some cooked cereal and grain. Hazy medium amber with thin white lacing head. Light watery body with medium-high carbonation. Starts with light acidity and some grainy sweetness. Mild malt flavor. Beany mild hops and light bitter finish.
