Commercial Description:
Our Kölsch is a refreshingly pale German style Ale. It is cold fermented and cold conditioned to achieve a beautiful balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance it's easy drinking nature. Please enjoy our interpretation of this beer of Zümmer! Editor's Note: Renamed Angry Angel Kolsch by the brewer.

pint @ MacGregors. So-so aroma, sweet n& sour, had a weird green olive scent toasted grain. Clean yellowy gold color, Ok head, little to no lace. Spiced sweet flavor Minor yeastiness, cardboard, stale bread. Lite body, watery mouthfeel, bitter spiced finish. eh, hope it was this pint otherwise I didn’t enjoy it much.

Draft at Abbey Road. Pours a clear yellow gold with a thin almost no head. Aroma is mostly grassy and earthy with malt and a light hop note. Flavor is thin and mostly malty with a very light hop kick. went down smooth

bottle thanks to ..... Pours a clear, pale gold with a thin white head. this had a smell that was a mix of biscuit malt and dirt and hay, or earthy hops. taste was earthy, hay and dirt . Mouthfeel was medium with carbonation and some bitterness.

Medium sized white head, retention is good with a fair amount of saggy lace. Clear gold in color. Nose of fresh, bready malts and a hint of yeast, light spiceyness. Body is light with a gentle carbonation, clean on the palate. Grainy malt flavors, lightly buttery, caramelly and some earthy, grassy hop notes. Fairly dry, malty finish. Props to oldstylecubfan for the bottle.

Thanks to Emacgee for sending me one of these, unsolicited. Light hazy golden in color. Aroma: lightly bready and yeasty, with some light pale malts. Taste: pale malts with a light honey sweetness, light yeasty with some bread- very smooth, light bodied. Big Boss did a pretty good job with this one.

A very good rendition of this style. Nice light bread and yeast aroma. Big fluffy head. Flavor is crisp and clean. Great for a hot day.
