| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Pours a transparent brass golden color with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of grainy pale German malts and mild noble hops. Body starts semi-sweet with some good, crisp bittering and flavor hoppiness before a smooth bittersweet finish. Doesn’t quite have the mild fruity notes of a true Kölsch, but is a pretty nice Pilsener. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA

Smells of perfume, grass, hay, some citrus. Tastes of spice and citrus. Decent. TheBeerGod (3171), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Label shows 4.5% ABV. Will adjust. Lightly hazed golden pour. Rapidly vanishing white head. Nose is chock full of grains, soft lemon and honey and light grassy notes. Taste is grainy, grassy, lightly floral hops, some buttery biscuit, and light lemon. Body is light-medium and rather crisp during the finish. Mild carbonation throughout. Fades quickly. The finish is made up of more strong grain, slightly burnt buttered biscuit, light lemon and grass hops. Not bad at all! GeneralGao (3071), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 14, 2009 Bottle from OldGrowth. Thanks. Poured a clear light orange color. The head was white and reduced over a minute or two to a thin film. Smelled mostly of cereal grain and caramel. There was also a whiff of grass. Light to medium bodied and delicately sweet. Tasted of corn and grass mostly with hints of white bread and paper. It is what it is. ChainGangGuy (2613), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 21, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, orangey body with a thin, wispy, white head.
Smell: Light, slightly sweet-smelling grainy scent with an addition of a crisp white wine.
Taste: Subtly sweet pale maltiness with a touch of grains. Light hint of fruit. Dash of white wine. Spicy hops with prominent, medium bitterness that lasts till the dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-low carbonation.
Drinkability: I could stand to see more carbonation here, but it’s fairly on track for the style, but also pleasant, tasty beer in it’s own right. Nate (2563), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
