| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2008 A murky yellow appearance with a white head. The flavor is a little off putting as it smells like lemon dishwashing soap. The flavor is rather sour with some lemons, hay, and a bready presence. A slightly spicy presence is also noted. Overall it was ok but nothing great. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2008 Pours a transparent deep golden with a wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale Belgian malts and a good amount of bready Belgian yeast and some mild sulfuric notes, Body starts fairly full and sweet with good, authentic Belgian character and some drier earthy bittering hops. A pretty decent Belgian ale. shp555 (1691), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 10, 2008 Pours a extremely light yellow in color with a white 1/8 inch head that quickly recedes, below average lacing and above average carbonation. Smells of floral citrusy hops, fruits, and cloves. Tastes fruity and light with cloves coming through and almost dominating. unclemattie (2439), Georgia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 10, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours, with a slight haze, golden. Thin white head. Aroma of a bready yeastiness. A very Belgian Ale aroma. Lots of dough, hints of lemon zest. Flavor is a medium sweetness, dough. Light bodied. dmac (1503), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 9, 2008 Updated: May 16, 200812 oz bottle from ucusty, thanks Dave. Pours a super hazy golden orange with some suspended particles floating around and a huge pillowy bright white head. Very fruity aroma with notes of green apple, yeast, grain, grapes and some dry tropical fruit. Medium to full bodied with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Flavor has more of a grain, yeast combo with a slight touch of white pepper and cloves and all of the fruitiness is lost. If they can match the flavor to the aroma this will be one kick ass beer instead of just something nice. alexsdad06 (1106), Ohio, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 3, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of OldStyleCubFan. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma opens with a big candy sweetness surrounded by bananas, yeast, and spice. The flavor does not have the over the top sweetness as the aroma might indicate. Fruity, with a good mix of yeast, dough, and spice. Mouthfeel was medium/full with a crisp finish. This was better than I was expecting.
