Pleasant malt sweetness with some wheat and just a bit o sulfury hops. Medium amber-orange hazy with white creamy lacing head. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet with light malt, wheat, and a bit of alcohol. Fairly smooth with some coriander and orange peel, light yeasty character. Finishes a bit sweet with little bitterness. Nose is yeast, malt, pepper, apple, banana, light fruit, and some sugar. Flavor is yeast, light malt, some light fruit, and a hint of tart citrus that seems to linger. Aroma with strong notes of orange and spice. Some malty sweetness as well. A nice fruity taste with strong orange flavor and a mix of spices. Overall a very good beer - my favorite from Big Boss.
