Oct 30, 2008 Draught at Horniblows Tavern. Nice Orange/yellow color, medium white head. Moderate citrusy hops in aroma, some caramel too. Flavor is decent, good maltiness, a little strong on hops and malt, but a good beer.

Oct 8, 2008 Growler from brewery. Bitter sweet aroma. Orange, floral, toasted wheat. Hazed brownish orange color. Big head that faded to a small top. Minor lacing. Bitter flavor. Kind of harsh. Lemon, grass, soapy astringency. Lite body, creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish, Nice pale. Aroma was best part, had more going on that flavor. It’s astringency held it back from being great though.

Oct 5, 2008 Woo first to rate. Sampled at the WBF. Pours a hazy golden orange with a creamy off white head. The nose was citrusy, spicy, earhty, malty, some diacetyl/young malt aroma, smells and tastes like its not quite ready to serve. The flavor has some diacetyl upfront, malty, some citrus rind bitterness, spicy, waxy. The palate is waxy/bitter.
