Aroma is sweet, nuts, caramel, fairly strong hop presence--grapefruit, grass. Flavor is sweet, kind of like a nut brown, with a hoppy bitter aftertaste. Sweet caramel malts and citrus on the nose. Medium bodied. Nutty mouth-feel. Grapefruit, tropical fruit and hazelnuts up front. Sweet malty finish argo0 (6842), Washington DC, USA Jun 14, 2009 (draft) Tan head atop hazy red-brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, grapefruit, some floral, light molasses. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, caramel, peach, some orange, pine. Medium-full body, some resin and stickiness. Not bad, but it seems a bit unfocused.
