it hides the sugary feel of the red and brings out the hops of the pale. it’s better than the red but worse than the pale...6/3/6/3/13/3.1 sebletitje (1986), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours amber, white head.
Aroma of pine hops.
Taste, well balanced hops and malts, between the pale ale, and the Red version, just not as good. Bockyhorsey (2552), Mesa, Arizona, USA

Had enough fruit and bitter to hold back the sweet malts. Good refreshment. War4soccer (115), , Nevada, USA

This is a blend of 2 Big Dog beers I didn’t really care for, so here goes. The beer is a clear amber color with a medium thin and creamy light beige head that diminishes slowly. Spotty lacing. Malt and floral hops aroma. Medium-bodied with flavors of hops, citrus and malt. The finish is evenly hoppy/malty with neither flavor lingering long. As with each of the beers used in the blend, this one is just average overall.
