Big Dogs All-Americanine Cream Ale

Not a tremendous amount of aroma, but typical of a cream ale. Very clear, light to medium yellow in color, decent head. Some maltiness in the flavor with decent hop notes. Cream ale isn’t my favorite style of beer, but this is a pretty good one.

Clear and pale yellow; thin head but nice lace. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel with a pleasant carbonation level. Subtle malt flavors; mild sweetness. Rather flowery and perfumey, with hints of spices. Interesting nips of apples and cider, with a slight nip of alcohol. Kind of white wine-like at times. Decent to drink.

Very light straw color. Not much head and some lacing. Not much aroma. A little sweetness in the nose. Light texture. Watery finish. A little light in body for my taste but drinkable.

Clear yellow with a respectable white foam head. Lemony aroma. Lemon-soapy flavors with a light bitter finish.
