Big Dogs Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout

Boy, I though I rated this awhile ago. I think the brewer here at Big Dog’s really nailed it. This beer is a reminder as to why they’re the best in the city. Full, rich, strong, but with the strength only coming through much later, this is an excellent beer. Definitely get the bourbon flavoring. Very very creamy.

Didn’t get a full description but on beer menu Stout was aged in Jim Beam Whiskey barrels. Whisky and bourbon soaked wood aroma. Black body with tan head.Other than the whisky and bourbon flavors good milky creamy body texture like a real good impy stout. Good brew.
