clear light amber, thin head, touch of lace, big sweet grapefruit aroma, huge citrus hop flavor with enough carmel malt sweetness to back it up, short bitter finish to round it out, an all time favorite

Sweet malt flavors and heavenly hop florals. Flavor is of a nice malt body backed up by a big hop bitterness. I’ve had IPAs that were not as bitter as this APA. Very Good. sebletitje (2000), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 8, 2005 Nice hoppy aroma. Light to medium orange in color, decent head. The hop flavor predominates, but it has enough maltiness to make it pretty balanced. A good American Pale Ale. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 31, 2005 this is a standard pale ale which is pretty good. some citrus pine characteristics that are subtle but not in your face. balanced quite well with the malt back bone. not hopped as much as i probably like. ¾ (5011), Boulder, Colorado, USA
