Big Dogs Mad Dog Malt Liquor

Blond color. Not the worst, it is like a Lager, but more robust, sweeter and with a light mango touch.

Aroma is primarily malt and alcohol (imagine that, malt and liquor), with more than a bit of corn, but not as much as most canned or bottled malt liquors. Appearance is clear and golden with reasonably good head retention. Flavor is surprisingly good, plenty of malt and alcohol but with a good balancing dose of hops. Decent mouthfeel, maybe a little fizzy. Overall, I’d have to rank this as the best malt liquor I’ve ever had - I’d actually order it again, which I can’t say about many other malt liquors.

Smells and looks fine. Flavor is pretty darn good for a mlat liqour. Definitely strong; but my wife love it. However, the low overall score is because she seems to get a little pissed off after a night of it, just like anyone does from drinking the real mad dog!!
