draft at the Fishers, IN brewpub - Pours cloudy straw colored with a white head. There’s a light, yeasty wheat and malt aroma with a touch of citrus. It tastes of sweet malt and citrus with a hint of spice. It’s light bodied and holds up well with the salmon I was eating.

Tap at Ram Northgate location. Soft wheaty aroma, corriander, light yeast and spice, and a soft lemon note. Pours a hazy orange with a thin head into an overly cold glass. Flavors of wheat, coriander, orange, spice, citrus, and a crisp quenching finish. Nice biting carbonation.

Draft at Indy location. Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium spicy citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet spice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting soft brew.

Very light in color with some golden highlights in the light. Lots of spice in the nose, with some orange peel and coriander. Zesty on the palate, and quite drinkable for a RAM beer, this is kind of impressive.

Light cloudy blonde-gold with a zestful and piquant burst of wheat, orange and coriander in the nose. The flavor and body exuded a similar spiciness and effervescence. This is a really well done witt. Perfect for the summer.
