Draught at the Schaumburg brewpub. Hazy straw color with a white foamy head. Little lacing. Light citrusy wheat aroma. Flavor is mild, a bit sweet and tart. A fairly representative wit with hings of spice and coriander on a much lower level than you would get in a weiss-bier. Light and creamy palate.

Nice citrus and coriander in the aroma. Soft wheat too. Hazy yellow orange. Nice orange and coriander, soft wheat, a little sweet with a nice spice too. Pretty decent.

Deeply orange in color, which is suitable given its citrus zest, floral malt flavor, backed by banana notes and honey.

Not good soured aroma. Tastes thin and contaminated. A little wheaty, but mostly just no identifiable flavors at all. The most disappointing of the beers I had here.

Frozen pint at Ram in Fishers, IN - Aroma is mellow yeast and a touch of spice. Pours hazy yellow with a small head and good lacing. Flavor is yeast, spice and a drop of lemon. Palate is crisp and a bit thin. A refreshing brew on a hot day, but doesn’t offer much outside of that.

On tap at the Lake Oswego Ram. Pours like a banana smoothie, thick, cloudy mess. Big citrus and coriander nose, banana, spices. Very big floral and fruity taste. Not as dry and crisp as I prefer, but a good warm day beer. Wish it had more of a dry finish, just felt watery towards the end.

From the Seattle Ram, same as what my brother had last year. Very pale yellow. Bleached white head. The aroma is flowery/perfumey. Flavour is light, with much of the same light perfumey character. The finish just drops right off the face of the earth, though. I mean, I thought I was drinking a beer but then, pow, I wasn’t. Rather mediocre.
