Draught at the Schaumburg brewpub. Hazy straw color with a white foamy head. Little lacing. Light citrusy wheat aroma. Flavor is mild, a bit sweet and tart. A fairly representative wit with hings of spice and coriander on a much lower level than you would get in a weiss-bier. Light and creamy palate.

Jun 30, 2008 Draft at Indy location under the name of Barefoot Wit. Poured hazy orange with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate yeasty orange citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a light sticky texture. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Apr 15, 2008 Nice citrus and coriander in the aroma. Soft wheat too. Hazy yellow orange. Nice orange and coriander, soft wheat, a little sweet with a nice spice too. Pretty decent.
