Draft at the Tacoma Waterfront location. Cloudy light yellow with dense moussy platinum blonde head and lace. Sweet spices and coriander on the nose. Light body with very little carb. Banana, spice, and grain husk mid-palate. Longish husky finish. Nice.

Nice Belgian yeast aroma with a light wheat malt backing. Good coloring, nice flavor. This was with some good citrus flavors also and finished quite dry. Good beer for dinner.

Nice citrus and coriander in the aroma. Soft wheat too. Hazy yellow orange. Nice orange and coriander, soft wheat, a little sweet with a nice spice too. Pretty decent.

Cloudy and deep yellow; thin but lasting frothy white head; soapy, lingering lace. Light body; kind of watery texture; mild carbonation. Notes of sweet orange, spicy coriander, light anise and mild flowers. Sweet and mildly spiced beer with just a little bitterness to follow.

Had this one on draught at Brew Daze 2006. This was called "Wheeling Wit" for the Ram in Wheeling. Anyways, hazy, milky white pour with a thick head, served with a orange. Orange was fairly overpowering, with some clove. It’s okay.

Draft at Indy location under the name of Barefoot Wit. Poured hazy orange with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate yeasty orange citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a light sticky texture. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Deeply orange in color, which is suitable given its citrus zest, floral malt flavor, backed by banana notes and honey.
