Jun 24, 2009 draft at the Fishers, IN brewpub - Pours yellow with a thin, white, fading head. It has a really mild malt aroma. The flavor is sweet bready malt with a light fruity touch and some mild hops in the finish. It’s light bodied and not bad for what it is.

Jun 10, 2009 Growlered as Indy Blonde, from the Indianapolis branch. Clear golden pour with a sudsy white head. Bland mild aroma. Taste is lightly bitter and hoppy, a little gypsum-y hard water. Pale malts with a little grain, chalk. Mediumish body. Meh, went just fine with pizza.

~Coriander and yeast scent.
~Wheaty flavor with some citrus.
~Light feel, lingering wheat finish.
