Jun 30, 2004 Pours a light golden color with a small white head that falls fast. Lots of fruityness in the nose, kind of appleish. Taste is sweet with a hint of brown sugar and the apple just stays around. Thin mouthfeel but pretty average brew of this style.

Mar 4, 2004 This draft brew from the brewery in Indianapolis poured a small head of fine to medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles. The body was softly carbonated transparent yellow colored. The aroma was a typical malt hop one. The mouth feel was tingly mildly hopped and somewhat metallic. The flavor was clear clean crisp with mild hops.

Feb 23, 2004 On tap at the Ram in downtown Indianapolis. Also called Indy Blonde at this location. It poured a small sized white head and had fine-small sized bubbles that fully diminished. The body was transparent and carbonated with a yellow hue. The nose was malty and somewhat sweet as was the flavor. Nothing big here. The mouthfeel was smooth and somewhat on the watery and thin side. The texture was light and the lacing was fair.
