May 4, 2008 (Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Schaumburg, IL) Draft... DLD’08... Clear light yellow ale with a large wispy, white head. Excellent retention. The aroma is of warm mash and earthy hops. Light-bodied and very effervescent. Like the aroma, the grainy flavor presents notes of lightly sweet mash and gentle, spicy, earthy hop bitterness. Finishes crisp, lightly bitter, and then dry.

Apr 15, 2008 Light sweet aroma. Yellow colored easy drinking blonde ale. A little light sweet grain with a pleasant crisp finish. Well made, but boring.

Mar 30, 2008 On tap. Bit more yellow color than the light beer. Some gold in it. Very mild beer. Almost no smell, maybe some wheat and a bit of corn. Taste is soft and less harsh than the light without that nasty cardboard / paper taste. Some wheat and oretty refreshing. Decent lacing.
