The smell is light, almost non-existent with some mild base malts and earthy hop tones. The taste has a little bit of a bite at the top. A good earthy hop tone with a slight metallic cling to it. Not really oily as the hops aren’t overwhelming but they are stronger then the malt. More of a German influence in the taste. There is a smooth malt flavor that is mostly made of basic malt. mcbackus (750), Merritt Island, Florida, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 14, 2008 Not much flavor. For those who compare it to Bud or some other yellow American pisswater, I’d say that it notably lacks the flavors of corn and grass. But other than some malt sweetness, there’s not much here. chicagodri (1057), Chicago, Illinois, USA
