Clear light yellow ale with a large wispy, white head. Excellent retention. The aroma is of warm mash and earthy hops. Light-bodied and very effervescent. Like the aroma, the grainy flavor presents notes of lightly sweet mash and gentle, spicy, earthy hop bitterness. Finishes crisp, lightly bitter, and then dry. Yellow in color with lots of tight carbonation and a small fizzy white head, this had no discernable aroma. It’s got a sweet bready taste with a clean finish. A pint is not worth $4.00.
