Feb 22, 2009 1/19/09 From cask at the Latona, Seattle, Wa. Aroma is milky vanilla chocolate, as sweet and creamy as it comes. Appearance is clear but dark brown with a fairly well maintained tan head. Flavor is chacolatey but not aggressive, with no real bittering and good, but not cloying, sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with a very low carb texture and substantial creaminess. Overall, a great brew, particulary for lovers of sweet stouts, which this so closely reminds me of.
