Commercial Description:
The most complex of our beer line-up with a combination of five different malts and four different hop varieties. Buttface has the broadest popular appeal of our beers. It has a high malt character and lack of evident hops. This surprises people because it is easy to drink, but has a higher alcohol content than what is perceived.

~Pours amber with diminishing head. ~Caramel malts, a bit syrupy, and honey in scent. ~Roasted caramel malt flavor. Similar to Fat Tire. biscuity and honey. ~Medium feel. Bitter finish. ~Decent Amber.

My favorite from six. Malt with bitter character also, dark clear golden lacing, some soapy notes . Nice finish

Tap; smooth to slightly sweet finish; easy to drink but a forgettable beer. (#43)

Pours a nice deep amber with a quickly dissapating head. Some nice lacing. Tasted malty and some bisuit flavoring coupled with a little bit of caramel. Not bad, but nothing terrific either.

Amber color, aroma of toasted malts. Taste has elements of a porter to it with caramel and burnt chocolate, yet retains the essence of an amber. I like this!

On tap at Humperdinks in Richardson, TX. Pours a nice deep amber with off-white head. Aroma of caramel. Flavor is nice caramel, some dark roast. Mouthfeel is light-medium body with high carbonation. Overall, pretty good stuff, easy session drinker, enjoyed it...

clear amber color with a pretty mild amber malt aroma. The taste was somewhat bitter, perhaps a touch of hops?

Draft at the Tacoma Waterfront location. Crystal clear dark amber with no head, lace, or carb. Mild nutty nose. Light, somewhat watery body. Leafy, nutty, biscuity mid-palate. Pretty vacant finish. Years ago, I used to be able to drink this beer.
