Commercial Description:
The most complex of our beer line-up with a combination of five different malts and four different hop varieties. Buttface has the broadest popular appeal of our beers. It has a high malt character and lack of evident hops. This surprises people because it is easy to drink, but has a higher alcohol content than what is perceived.

Tasted at Ram in U-District of Seattle--Poured a copper-amber body with a small white head. Nose of biscuity sweet malts and mild hops. Watery thin flavor and dull finish. Not so great, but not half-bad.

I like the name of the beer at least. Very little aroma, thin flavor. Very average for an amber. Well balanced.

Darker copper colour with minimal head. Light hop aroma and some bready malts. Thinner with a touch of caramel malt before finishing drier with a touch of bitterness>

No aroma. Faint caramel and good hop characters. A nice light flavor, but not too thin. Consistent and well balanced, I was quite impressed with this amber.

Pours red with small white head. Nose is strongly malty - caramel and cream. Flavor very creamy malts, almost like a malted milk, with a faint floral hops finish. Very muted smoky flavors here as well. Rather oily mouthfeel. Not bad.

Sampler @ Ram brewery: Sweet taste, reminds me of Mac & Jack Amber. Brown-red color, no head, white.

Sweet and malty up front with a good citrusy hop flavor and bitterness. This was my favorite of the sampler.
