Jul 20, 2004 Dark brown/mahogany with a light creamy head. Roast and chocolate malt aromas. Bitter hops. Bitter roast flavors, some smoke, chocolate and coffee. Medium body and a bitter roasted finish.

Dec 22, 2003 Some brown light around a mostly black body. Dark chocolate and coffee in the aroma. Somewhat thick, gritty and with a big chocolate
malt presence. Very roasty and robust. Other than some bad wheat characteristics
in the aroma, I enjoyed this.
