Clear copper, with the typical aroma of spice, yeast and perhaps a bit of citrus. Very dominate spices, with cloves and coriander seeming to dominate. Orange noticeable in the finish.

Cloudy chestnut colour. You’d expect some malts in the nose but it’s citric, woody hops. The flavour is orangey, and mildly bitter, not all that malty for a dubble and doesn’t convey much in any other context either. Some beers are a miss, that’s just how it works.
