Flora is the name for the house single hop brew. Mine was Summit. Hazy light amber colour. Light woody nose with a hint of lemon. Lots of woody flavours...it would appear that Summit is a great bittering hop, but not so much on the aroma as that part of the beer is AWOL. Judging from Jordan’s comments it would appear the structure of the beer - very scant pale malt backbone backing a big hop profile, is the M.O. and the only real changes are going to be the profile of the specific hop. And that’s how a single-hop beer series should be.

On Tap at the Brewpub. Another beer named after the Brewers dog. <sigh> Light golden color with a thin white head and spotty lacing. Aroma is definately hoppy but a little "off" Couldn’t wuite get past it. Biter sweet malty flavor and a long hoppy bite at the end. Not bad.

Tap @ Brewpub: Golden titanium color, nice head and light lacing. Nose of bright pine and grapefruit, super sticky and "catty" with very little malt and moderate alcohol. The flavor is very herby and catty, spruce, grapefruit and alcohol, sticky mouthfeel and tons of dry hops. A Bit earthy in the finish. Ripe! Finishes creamy and moderate bodied but very little bitterness. Tasty, unique approach.
