Nov 25, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Amber in color with a white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with a toffee and caramel malt taste. Good earthy quality towards the finish. Nice beer overall.

Jul 22, 2007 Bright amber. Has a slightly distracting berryish fruitiness along with a complex toasty-crusty malt and lightly fruit hop. Moderate bitterness. Quite a bit more toasty-woody character on the palate leading to a relatively quick, dry finish.

Jun 17, 2007 Tap @ Brewpub: Bronze color, light head and lacing. Nose of herbs, spicy hops, chive and spruce. The flavor is creamy and malty with plenty of caramel and grassy hop bitterness. Musky finish and tasty though.

Jun 16, 2007 On Tap at the BrewPub. Clear deep copper with a thin dense sandy colored head. Mild sweet maly aro.a and plenty of bittering hops in the flavor. Not bad.
