11026 (1886), USA Sep 16, 2006 Growler, first pour. Deposits in glass a clear, medium amber color. Nice whitish head forms and retains for a good bit, leaving decent lacing as the beer is consumed. Medium bodied with fairly soft carbonation. Herbal and grassy nose, slight bits of toast in aroma. Flavors seem to be malt dominant towards the front with biscuit and then a pleasant, slow bitterness towards the finish that balances out nicely and lingers. Quite solid, easy to drink English IPA
