Cask@GBBF2008. Deep brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee and some dark fruits. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, mild tobaccoish notes as well as vanilla and dark dry fruits. Pleasant.

<b>Cask &#40;handpump&#41; &#64; Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.</b><br />Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, smoke. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. &#40;080808&#41;

Cask at GBBF 08. Very dark brown, almost black, with a light brown head. Very nice chocolate and espresso aromas and flavours. In the mouth you can also detect some mild vanilla. Smooth. Highly drinkable.
