on tap-pours a retaining foamy white head that laces and pale yellow color. Aroma is wheat/grain, some lemon/cilantro, slight sour. Taste is sour/floral hops, dry, yeast, wheat, some lemon/cilantro. Dry finish. Tart, clove/pepper comes out as it warms.
