Aroma: sweet biscuit aroma
Flavor: lots of well balanced dry carmel malt flavor, lots of toasted biscuit character, nice bitter finish, this brewer has really tuned in the biscuit and carmel malt character over the last couple of years

slight chill haze, although still mostly dry a bit of sweetness tries to break through, the incredible toasted and biscuit stays true, some nice bitterness in the finish, very well balanced overall

Solid red-brown with an off white foam. Aroma is fruity, dark plums, berries, sweet malt. Taste is very sweet, nutty malt, caramel, toffee, dark fruits.
