On tap at the Disney World Boark Walk location. Poured a lighter yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of grass and straw. Don’t think it was the vacation, but I really didn’t get anything else out of this one. Thinner body and lively body.

Draft... Disney Boardwalk Location... Clear pale yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. A smidge of diacetyl, butterscotch and toffee in both the nose and flavor. Pretty well-balanced, but thin. Not much to it, really. Modest hop bitterness. Light to medium-bodied and lightly creamy with lively carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish.

Big River Disney World-Gadzooks Pilsner(Gordon Biersch)-on tap-pours a white head. Color is deep yellow/gold. Aroma ? Taste is malty. Good carbonation.

(Atlanta) Shimmering gold color with a creamy lasting head and nice amounts of lacing. The aroma is well balanced with light noble hops and a biscuity malt nose. Flavor is smooth and refreshing, very easy to drink but flavorful in the same. This was a good take on a pilsener, I really liked the freshness & the use of no adjuncts in this one.

On tap at Big River – WDW. Poured clear, very bright golden with a dusting of white head. The aroma was quite sweet with bready and pale malts touched by lemon zest.. floral notes emerged with warmth. The flavor was sweet again with honey joining up with the pale malts.. spicy floral and lemony bitterness surrounded.. drinkable, but not that tasty. Not very good balance between candy-like sweetness and zesty, bitter lemon notes.. light-bodied.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 74. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery on the Boardwalk at Disneys Epcot Center attraction near Orlando Florida. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that left behind a fair lace and a transparent light yellow orange colored softly carbonated body. The aroma very mildly hopped and the mouthfeel was initially smooth and had a tingly finish. It had a medium strength malt hop flavor.

Big River-Boardwalk at Epcot Center. This beer had a small sized white head that was creamy and smooth with fine-small sized bubbles that mostly diminished. The nose was moderately malty and lightly hoppy. The flavor was malty and a bit hoppy. The palate was smooth and bitter and this was a medium bodied beer with good lacing.

On tap at the Disney World location. Pours a translucent golden with a small white lacing head. Aroma was light, sweet, lemon and various grains. Flavor of corn, grains, crisp and citrusy.
