touch of biscuit malt in the malt profile that becomes more pronounced and really makes this beer, otherwise unchanged, still mild for an ipa but a tasty brew

very creamy body, the citrus must be a thing of the past, picking up a soft buttery character that fits with what has become an English cask IPA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 13, 2004 Atlanta: Loop IPA) Nice IPA, orange/bronze color with a creamy puffy head and lacing down the sides of the sampler. The aroma is very floral and citrusy, a tad musty if I might say though. The flavor was fairly well balanced and had a strong malt backbone. The finish was a little more astringent that what I usually find in an IPA, but it was well worth trying. Tmoney99 (4785), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
