Nice and clear with copper color and a thick head. The aroma is a bit biscuit like with yeasty notes and just a hint of pine. The flavor is nothing I’d care to have again. Biscuit and grain flavors with spicy nutty bitter hops. Again, as in the aroma, a hint of pine. Unfortunately the flavors do not blend well IMO. Medium dry body. VTHopHead (928), Barre, Vermont, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 10, 2007 Sampler at the Nashville location - Poured a very attractive ruby red in color with a medium whitish head. Aroma was medium of grassy hops. Flavor was nicely hoppy and medium bitter. Finish was short, clean and medium bitter. I like it... the best beer at the brewpub. asteele8 (270), Mukilteo, Washington, USA

Pours a dark amber color with a nice white head on top. Aroma is full of malt with hints of hops and caramel coming in. Flavor is full of caramel with hops coming in to make the beer not overly sweet. The 2nd best beer out the short sampling I had. I love the Honey Dijion Chicken Sandwich at this place though!
