Nov 21, 2005 Draught @ Brewpub (Disney): This one pours a good reddish-amber color. It had a bit of a head to it. The aroma was decent enough, with some roasted malt and a hint of hop spiciness. The taste is pretty decent, with a touch of roastiness and maltiness. A fairly good balance between them. Unexciting, but a good beer for an intro to crafts.

Deep red bodied beer with a thin head.
Hop aroma is there but not too overdone.
Just enough hops in the flavor to be a drinkable brew although this is average all the way. To endure service as bad as I experienced, the beer will have to be much better.

Oct 20, 2005 Draught (atlanta). Red-brown color, medium head. Aroma is good and malty. Flavor is chocolate and caramel, well-balanced, and hoppy. Hop flavor in aftertaste. Easily the best one inthe Atlanta RB brew-pub.

Oct 8, 2005 On tap in Nashville. A nice red color. Smooth mouthfeel with a light hoppyness and an additional citrus bite to it. It had that same metallic aftertaste that all of their beers had tonight. When the bartender foudn out I was on Ratebeer, he brought out an additional sampler of this from "the engine" instead of the tap. That second sampler was much nicer, with a hugely smoother and creamier quality, and none of that metallic taste.

Sep 15, 2005 Hazy auburn topped with a good white head. Carmel malt aromas mostly, with some hops thrown in. Starts off pretty sweet with strong malts and a good balance of flowery hops. Long, bitter finish. Pretty good.

Jun 18, 2005 Pours with an amber body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. It’s slighlty sweet and malty but bitter and hoppy with a nice piney note. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch dry.
