Poured clear bright yellow with a short cap of off-white head. The aroma was very light with some lighter fruits and honey.. pleasant enough. The flavor had honey and bready notes at the core supporting almost sour bread and odd, tacky vegetal notes.. not very good. Light-bodied with higher carbonation.. sharp and ugly in all the wrong places. boto (1336), Granby, Connecticut, USA

This one pours a crystal clear golden color. there was a small white head on mine. The aroma is milder, with some grass and floral notes. It is a lighter body beer. It’s taste is somewhat dry, and a touch biter. Nothing impressive about it, but nothing bad either. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Clear gold with a thin white head.
Slightly floral hop aroma with a bit of fruitness.
Clean dry finish.
Servicable brew, perhaps some stylistic flaws, but they don’t weigh much here. Not bad for a simple Pils.

Almost no aroma to speak of…maybe some grain?? Light grain flavor with a bit of spicy hops. Nothing really off in this on but pretty plain. Suttree (2731), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Clean and crisp, no off or otherwise wrong flavors. Mildly hoppier than I was expecting, I guess. NachlamSie (1637), Tennessee, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Draught. Pours a light, light gold with a faint hay aroma. This is watery with notes of corn and a distinct sugary sweetness. A mild sour, papery sting shows up in the finish. This sounds absolutely nauseating, but it works out to be almost quaffable. Let me just sum this up in one sentence with which I think most people will agree: This is slightly better than the Southern Flyer Light.
