Clean but missing the floral hoppy ending I like in my pils. A bit thin bodied, not much malt their either. Not really flawed, but on the boring side. heemer77 (3647), Savannah, Missouri, USA Jun 8, 2008 On tap at Hamilton Place. The body was deep gold with a white head. The aroma was spicy with some bell peppers and bread crust. The taste was rich biscuit with some bell pepper. Spicy finish. Nice and clean. decaturstevo (1192), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jun 6, 2008 Bottle I’m assuming this is the btl version. A very decent aroma of corn and malt not bad at all. A clean golden pour with lite white head and lace. A flavor that really is nowhere near the aroma. It is very almost sulfur but not it has a flat sort of bland flavor that really isn’t very good. Carbonation is a bit over the top. I will try it on tap the next time I get a chance to see if it is a bottling thing. Ughsmash (2985), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Feb 4, 2008 On tap at Big River – Chattanooga. Poured clear bright yellow with a short cap of off-white head. The aroma was very light with some lighter fruits and honey.. pleasant enough. The flavor had honey and bready notes at the core supporting almost sour bread and odd, tacky vegetal notes.. not very good. Light-bodied with higher carbonation.. sharp and ugly in all the wrong places.
