It’s very light in every aspect with the most assertive note being that of cardboard. Par for the brewpub light beer course. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 2, 2006 Sample glass at the brewpub. Not bad for a light beer. I normally dont like light beers in general, but this one didnt taste like seltzer water. Decent malt on the front end and a reasonable body given what it is. It would have rated even better except for a slight off flavor of starchy grain at the end. Low alcohol is always a negative for me, but not for some. This was easily my least favorite of the brewpub’s lineup, but not undrinkable. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 25, 2006 Tasted on tap at brewpub. This pale lager pours a very light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is cereal and grain, a touch sweet. A medium bodied pale lager. Malts are fruity, cereal and grain. Mild slightly spicy hops. Mild flavors. Nothing annoying, Dry finish. It beat the heck out of anything BMC makes. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
