Big River Grille Steamboat Pale Ale

On tap at Big River – WDW. Poured clear medium golden with a hint of orange.. nice sticky cap of off-white head. The aroma was sweet with caramel and grapefruit meat joined by light pine and floral accents. The flavor found very sweet caramel at the simple core with grapefruit and moderate pine bitterness surrounding.. sweet candied finish carried through a little citrus.. tasty. Light-medium bodied with OK balance on the palate.. a little watery on the back-end.. solid drinker.

Draft at disney world. Hoppy for an english pale ale, but not as hoppy as an APA or IPA. Pretty good.

on tap-pours a creamy white head. Color is red/orange. Aroma is hops. Taste is hops, smooth, sweet, malt. OK carbonation.

(draught Disney boardwalk) hazy amber with fluffy slightly off white head. Aroma of citrus hops. Flavor is caramel malt, some citrus hops. Definitely in the English style.

On tap at Disney’s Boardwalk. Hazy amber pour. Hoppy floral aroma. Smooth crisp malt taste with good carbonation. Finishes with a hoppy citrus aftertaste.

Draft... Disney Boardwalk Location... Clear amber ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Herbal, floral aroma. Light on the malt, heavy on the hops and a touch earthy. Spicy phenols with toffee in both the aroma and flavor. Tilts toward the bitter side of balance. Medium-bodied and fizzy with a crisp, spicy, lightly bitter finish.

On tap at the Disney Boardwalk location. Pours a hazy golden amber with an average creamy/lacing white head. Aroma of citrus, toasted malts and caramel. Flavor of toasted malts, caramel, citrus hop and bitterness...dry.

On tap at the Walt Disney World Boardwalk location. Pours a orange color with a small white head on top. I don’t think it was properly poured. Which is unfortunate for a brewpub. Aroma is of hops with hints of citrus coming in. Flavor is pretty much the same but toned down compared to aroma. I was expecting more of a hoppy bite than what the beer presented. Nothing special.
