Nashville. Metal tasting. It’s pretty, though. For this place the awful metallic after taste isn’t quite as bad.

On tap in Nashville. It has a beaitiful dark brown color. Very sweet taste, but with an annoying lingering metallic aftertaste that I found with every sampler I had here. When the bartender found out I was on Ratebeer, he brought out an additional sampler from "the engine" instead of the tap, and it was much smoother and creamier, and without the metallic aftertaste.

Light brown with a fluffy tan head. Spicy, flowery hop aroma with some roasted malts. Tastes of sweet roasted malts, chocolate and nuts. Great mild bitter chocolate finish. Not overpowering, but very flavorful. The best that Disney had to offer.

Brown, as a beer with the word "brown" in it’s name should be. Decent tan head. Faint bourbon aroma, with some brown sugar, as well. Rich toasty, bread flavor, with a caramelly finish. Rather understated, but filling and satisfying. Draft at the 2005 Music City Brewer’s Fest, so this was probably brewed at the Nashville location, if that matters.

Coppery brown, some red hints. Light carmel malt aroma. Tho thin, there was a decent caramelly malty mouth, maybe a touch of roasty nuts, and a clean finish.

Pours with a deep red-brown body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. It’s sweet and malty with a slight bready note and a touch of roastiness. Medium bodied, smooth and dry.

Tap. Brown sugar and toffee aromas mix with caramel malt and milk chocolate notes. Pours mahagoney with a tan head and spotty lacing. Hoppy and caramel malt flavor with chocolate notes. Creamy and medium bodied palate.

I enjoyed this one the most out of the other Big River Grille brews. It has a fantastic nutty flavor that lingered just enough to make you want to keep drinking. I found this to be fully balanced and enjoyable till the last drop.
