Oct 24, 2004 Disney Boardwalk. On Tap. Cloudy amber with a slight white head, this brew was dissappointing after sampling several of their other beers. Very light, weakly hopped, no malt character to speak of this beer did not seem to fit the flavor profile of an American or English pale ale. A bit on the watery side.

Mar 10, 2004 Tap, EPCOT, 3/04. Golden/amber color is promising. Small, fading head. Not much hops in aroma, then again, I don't think I'm too familiar with Perle hops. Palate is full and coating, but unfulfilling, a bit cloying but then it disappears. The flavor reminds me a bit of Portland's Pintail. Not nearly enough hop presence for an APA. Somewhat herbal, like autumn wildflowers. There was something about this beer that just didn't come together, is seems uncoordinated somehow.

Dec 22, 2003 Big River-Boardwalk at Epcot Center-Orlando. This beer's appearance was a small sized ivory head with fine-small bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with a gold-orange hue. The nose was hoppy with a light bitter and mild hoppy flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light-medium APA with good lacing.

Dec 19, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 73. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery on the Boardwalk at Disneys Epcot Center attraction near Orlando Florida. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated golden brown colored transparent body and a fair lace. The aroma was a very mild malt hop one and the mouthfeel was tingly from the hop. It had a slight carmel malt flavor and strong hops.

May 29, 2003 Sampled at the brewpub at Walt Disney World's Boardwalk. Caramel malt aroma. Clear golden in color. Hearty hop flavor with a long lasting finish. Quite nice.
