Dec 19, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 73. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery on the Boardwalk at Disneys Epcot Center attraction near Orlando Florida. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated golden brown colored transparent body and a fair lace. The aroma was a very mild malt hop one and the mouthfeel was tingly from the hop. It had a slight carmel malt flavor and strong hops.

Dec 22, 2003 Big River-Boardwalk at Epcot Center-Orlando. This beer's appearance was a small sized ivory head with fine-small bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with a gold-orange hue. The nose was hoppy with a light bitter and mild hoppy flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light-medium APA with good lacing.

Aug 27, 2005 Had on tap at thier Disney Boardwalk location in Kissimmee, Fl. Medium orange pour with a frothy white head. Faint piney aroma. Flavor has some citrus backbone with a touch of spearmint. Mouthfeel is a bit tangy. Overall, decent.
