Sep 2, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear copperish color with a one finger off white head. Aroma was of malt and some floral notes. Flavor had sweet malt and bready notes. I was decently impressed with this offering.

Jul 15, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, mahogany-hued body with a 1½ inch head of off-white foam.
Smell: Faint bready malt aroma with slight herbal notes.
Taste: A blend of bready and biscuity maltiness with a touch of caramel sweetness. Very faint touch of fruitiness. Herbal, tea-like hop character with a mild bitterness. Touch grainy near the drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A tolerable Vienna, though it does leave me hankering for an Eliot Ness.

Jul 6, 2008 Draft at Downtown Chattanooga location
Poured a deep ruddy color with an almost white head. Aroma was hidden so well had to foam my nose to find it, but nice when I found it. Flavor is light bodied for the style, but has nice toasted malt and bread flavors as expected.

Jun 8, 2008 Hamilton Place. The body was light copper with an off white head. The aroma was rich bread and caramel. There was also some iced black tea. The taste was black tea with some dusty caramel. Good for the style.

Apr 19, 2008 12 oz. bottle via trade with decaturstevo - Pours a clear amber color with a 1/2 finger thick off white head. Faint lacing. Aroma is a bready, toasted malt. Flavor is biscuit malt and light spice. This beer is very Fat Tire like and thats a good thing. Medium body. A pretty good beer. Thanks Steve.

Apr 3, 2008 12 oz. Clear shiny amber with a small head that flits away quickly. Malt, molasses and honey aroma. Flavor is roasted nut, light sourish honey, and chalky dry herb. Light body is slightly dry.
