Draught @ Brewpub (Disney): This one pours a cloudy, weak straw yellow color. There wasn’t much head on it. The aroma has a whiff of clove and banana. There was much less evidence of them in the taste. Somewhat wheaty taste, but a thinner body and a bit weak. My wife likes it.

Draft sampler at BRB. Hazy amber color with a moderate white head that diminished slowly. Medium fruit and wheat aroma. Light to medium body with smooth texture. Moderate wheat flavor with a medium sweet finish. Average wheat brew, just not my style.

Hazy straw yellow, white head. Bananas in the aroma. Fair amount of banana in the flavor, and not enough clove to balance. Seemed a bit fruity for style and some hints of lemon. I note it’s here in Ratebeer as an american wheat, tho the bartender told me its a german style hefe.

First (and only Big River) beer I had at the 6/2005 ‘Nooga gathering. Had a pleasant hazy straw color with a bubbly rough head. I noted some Belgian style aromas including banana and spice (clove), though they were light. The flavor had some citrus fruit at first sip (lemon) but it moves quickly to a fuller spicier fruit/banana cake flavor. Certainly not light and quenching as I had imagined but good in its own way. The body had a sticky feel that makes the flavors stick to your tongue. Half way through I added a lemon wedge. It lightened the body and magnified the citrus flavors (duh!).

Piss colored topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet with nice clove notes, a little banana and a touch of yeast. Light bodied, crisp and slightly tingly.

Tap. Wheat aroma with banana and citrus hop notes, a little bit of cloves. Pours cloudy yellow with a thin white head that hangs out around the rim; lined lacing. Hoppy wheat flavor with a citrus rind finish. Fizzy and crisp light bodied palate.

-Aroma: Decent (good wheat nose) however, was kind of boring (not much fruit/sweetnes) -Appearance: Great cloudy gold color -Flavor: Similar to the aroma (nice wheat taste but not very exciting) -Palate: Settled well on the palate -Overall: Good

Basic and average, with your run of the mill sweaty musty aroma. Full of acidic grapefuits and tangerines. Some light banana, overall unimpressive.
