Dec 15, 2002 There was almost no head in this beer. Pale orangey golden look. Low in gas. Some grape and flower aroma but not in appealing way ... Slightly acidic, nothing special tats for sure.

Aug 26, 2002 Copper colour w/ big head at first but it dissipates quickly. Dull, musty, sweet aroma. Thin body. Some sweet malt (caramel) & fruity flavours (apples). Sweet, slightly sour finish w/ very little bitterness.

Jan 23, 2002 Nutty/fruity aroma, golden-yellow colour, smooth clean malty taste, slightly fruity flavour(apple). The can indicates that this beer is dry hopped, but it doesn’t show in the aroma, which is pure malt. Needs more hops!

Jun 25, 2000 Is it just me or does that description above not make any sense at all? But more to the point, DON’T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU! This beer is named after the Chinook salmon, not the chinook hop. In fact, this is lousy even by Big Rock’s rather poor standards.
