crisp and refreshing, this is an outstandingly noble wheat beer, heavy citrus, banana and cinnamon give this beer something solid... but maybe a little too much. Altogether well done, though.

12oz bottle aquired in trade. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a large sized (4.5 finger) off white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, wheat, some citrus, and yeasty. Tastes of bananas, spices (cloves and peppery), and citrus. Clean and dry finish with very light lacing left on the glass.

Pour is hazy straw with big, puffy white head. Aroma is pretty great...bananna, orange, lemon, spice and yeast. Flavor is crisp hops and fairly dry. Very good. Clean and refrshing. Smooth and probably my favorite wheat brew. Unfortunately both bottles of mine are now history.

12oz Bottle. Wow. Crisp, apple skin Brett nose! Nice. Very tart and inviting. Incredibly clean, but joined with some sweet coconut juice and wheat sugars. Awesome nose. Pours a very cloudy yellow-orange, white a silky white soap. Flavor has a mix of wheat sugars, clean hop character and very dry, cottony cobweb brett. Works very well with the wheat and the hop oils. Grassy. Dry. Crisp. I appreciate the unexpected mix of really crisp Brett and very, dry grassy hops. It works and I think there need to be more beers like this.

2008 MiBGF (Oops-A-Hefe Imperial Weizen): Cloudy golden hue with a good frothy head and lace. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemon, banana, catty and spicy hops, and yeasty vapours. The taste is fruity and wheaty with a solid bitter undertone. Dry woody finish with a spicy kick. The mouth feel is soft and smooth. Not a bad beer but these Imperial Weizen don’t always maximize the wheat potential.

Draft at Big Rock Chop House.Small off-white head that fully lasted, excellent lacing, no carbonation observed, hazy, and a straw hue. The nose was hoppy, bananas and wheat.Ditto for the flavor.Smooth mouthfeel and medium in body.Very hoppy tasting and almost too hoppy IMO.Okay brew, but not likely to want again.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very hazy no visible carbonation dark yellow-orange colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was orange peel and wheat. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The thick flavor contained notes of mildly vinous and wheat. A decent one that I would consider buying again.
